Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love your iLED Collections piece. If something isn't right, this policy explains exactly how returns, refunds, exchanges, and warranty claims work.
1. 30-day returns
You can return most iLED Collections products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price, provided the item is:
- Unused and free of damage, scuffs, scratches, hair, or odors.
- In its original packaging with all inserts, cables, and tags.
- Accompanied by your order number.
The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is the result of our error or a defective product.
2. Non-returnable items
- Items marked "final sale" at the time of purchase.
- Gift cards.
- Items damaged after delivery by the customer.
- Items returned outside the 30-day window.
3. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, email support@okyke.com within 7 days of delivery with: (a) your order number, (b) photos showing the issue (and packaging if damaged in transit), and (c) a brief description. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund - your choice - and cover return shipping.
4. 12-month limited warranty
Every iLED Collections bag and cap is covered by a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the delivery date. The warranty covers issues with the LED panel, controller board, internal wiring, and stitching under normal personal use. It does not cover:
- Damage from drops, crushes, or accidents.
- Water exposure beyond the IPX4 rating (no submersion or heavy rain).
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
- Cosmetic wear (faded straps, scuffs, fabric pilling).
Warranty claims should be sent to support@okyke.com with photos or a short video of the issue. We will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.
5. How to start a return
- Email support@okyke.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will reply within one business day with a return authorization and instructions. For domestic U.S. returns we will provide a prepaid label and deduct the actual return shipping cost from your refund (typically $8-$15).
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and drop it with the carrier.
- Once we receive and inspect the item (typically within 3 business days of arrival), your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Banks usually post the refund within 5-10 business days.
6. Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement. This avoids stock holds and gets your new piece on the way immediately.
7. International returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping, customs duties, and any taxes incurred. We refund the product price only; original shipping fees are non-refundable except for damaged or incorrect orders.
8. Refused or undeliverable packages
Packages refused by the recipient or returned to us as undeliverable will be refunded for the product price minus original shipping and any return shipping fees charged by the carrier.
9. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After that, the order enters fulfillment and must be returned through the standard process above.
