Shipping Policy

1. Where we ship
iLED Collections ships worldwide from fulfillment partners in the United States. Live shipping rates and available services are calculated at checkout based on your destination, package weight, and the speed you select.
2. Order processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Orders placed after 2 PM ET on Friday or over the weekend will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves the warehouse.

Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and do not include processing time. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
4. Free shipping
U.S. orders over $150 ship free via standard ground. The discount is applied automatically at checkout. International free shipping promotions, when offered, are announced on the site.
5. Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also view tracking from your order page or while signed in to your account. Allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to register the first scan.
6. Customs, duties & taxes (international)
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees collected by the destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. We declare the actual product value on customs forms and cannot mark orders as gifts.
7. Lost or significantly delayed packages
If your package shows no movement for more than 7 business days (domestic) or 14 business days (international), email support@okyke.com with your order number. We will open an investigation with the carrier and either refund or replace the order once the carrier confirms loss.
8. Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing the order. We can update it only if the order has not yet been processed (typically within 1 hour of placement). Packages returned to us due to an incorrect or insufficient address will be refunded for the product price minus original and return shipping costs; you can also pay to have the package re-shipped.
9. Pre-orders & restocks
Pre-order and restock items show an estimated ship date on the product page. We send updates if the date changes by more than 5 business days. You can cancel any pre-order before it ships for a full refund.
