Terms of Service

Effective April 28, 2026.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of iledcollections.com (the "Site") and any products purchased through it. The Site is operated by Okyke Technologies LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or placing an order you agree to be bound by these Terms; if you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. By ordering you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Accounts

You may create an account to track orders, save addresses, and manage your wishlist. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us at support@okyke.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Orders, pricing & availability

All orders are offers to buy, subject to our acceptance. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. The price charged is the price displayed at the time you place the order.

4. Payment

Payment is processed at checkout via Shopify Payments and supported third-party processors. You authorize us (or our processor) to charge the full order amount, including taxes and shipping, to the payment method you provide. Failed or chargeback transactions may result in order cancellation.

5. Shipping & delivery

Shipping terms, processing times, and estimated delivery windows are described in our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns, refunds & warranty

Our return and refund terms are described in our Refund & Returns Policy, also incorporated by reference. Each iLED Collections bag and cap carries a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, water exposure beyond IPX4, or unauthorized modification.

7. Software, firmware & the iLEDeyes app

The iLEDeyes mobile application is provided under separate end-user license terms shown in the app at first launch. Firmware updates may be released to improve performance or fix issues; you agree we may push such updates over Bluetooth when you connect your device to the app.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Site (logos, copy, photography, video, illustrations, code, and the "iLED" and "iLEDeyes" marks) is owned by Okyke Technologies LLC or used under license. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and use the Site for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

9. User content

You may submit reviews, photos, and other content through the Site or in connection with our community channels. You retain ownership but grant Okyke Technologies LLC a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with marketing the brand. You represent that you have the rights to grant this license.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) violate any law or regulation; (b) infringe any intellectual property right; (c) post threatening, defamatory, or obscene content; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access, scrape or crawl the Site without permission, or interfere with its operation; (e) use the Site to send spam or malware; or (f) resell our products in misleading ways or in violation of map / authorized-reseller policies.

11. Disclaimers

The Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind beyond the limited warranty in Section 6. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Okyke Technologies LLC's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site or our products is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim or (b) US$100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Okyke Technologies LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

14. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts. If you live in the EU/UK, mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence still apply.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, for any reason, without notice. Sections 6, 8, 11-14, and 16-17 survive termination.

16. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective" date reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
